The length of the finial and hinge are included in the length ordered. The finial for this rod is approximately 5" in length. For example, if you order a 24" length with the R1 hinge, you will get approximately 18" of rod that can hold your window treatment.

Projection Brackets: 1/2" Projection Brackets are standard. You can upgrade your projection if needed. Changing your projection will make your mounting plate a R1 style.
