Never Got It On Perpetual Backorder

Nonexistent. If you don't carry stock and drop ship from a distributor you should report when the product is on backorder. False Advertising!

Continental Window Fashions

Dear Jeremy, unfortunately, the Kirsch Wrought Iron 3 1/2 Inch Drapery Bracket is still on back order. This is a Kirsch production issue affecting not only Continental Window Fashions, but all similar retailers across the board. Our fulfillment center is one of the largest in the country, with large inventory; however, Kirsch recently changed factories for the Wrought Iron production and the finishes are not up to par so the production was halted until the finishes are corrected - thus the lack of available product. Initially the back order was on certain finishes, but now the full Kirsch Wrought Iron Collection has been placed on hold until the beginning of the year when the updated colors | finishes become available. Our goal is our customers complete satisfaction and to ensure a positive and pleasant experience. We are saddened that you feel the back order is a reflection on our performance; unfortunately, there are some things, such as production issues, quality issues and back orders, that we are beyond our control. We value you as our customer and thank you for your business. The CWF wishes you and your loved ones a very happy and safe holiday season and a joyous 2019.
