Recent purchase of traverse rod

Although the incorrect length was initially sent I would still recommend this company for anyone's drapery hardware needs. The rod is very sturdy and nice but I was most impressed with the customer service. The person I spoke with was very helpful and was very engaged in the conversation. When they left a follow up message on my phone they spoke clearly and loud enough to understand. The replacement rod arrived very quickly.
